Hearing a need from our customers for more flexibility in how conversations start, we've revamped our conversation feature to make it more inclusive and efficient. Previously, conversations on our platform could only begin if a loan officer (LO) showed interest in an employer. We've transformed this process based on feedback from both loan officers and hiring managers.

Now, mutual interest sparks immediate communication. Whether an LO expresses interest in an employer or vice versa, a connection is established as soon as the other party reciprocates. This new dynamic allows for quicker dialogue and a faster path to hiring. Upon mutual interest, both parties receive notifications which leads to an opportunity connection and the start of a conversation. For ease of access, ongoing conversations will be highlighted in a dedicated section on detail pages to help ensure you never miss a beat.

We also understand the importance of controlling your notification preferences. That's why we've included options for users to tailor their notification settings, allowing for a personalized experience that respects your desire for fewer interruptions.

Stay ahead of the market with our Workforce feature

Using our new Workforce feature in Modex Profiles, loan officers can identify companies with high turnover and understand a potential employer’s ability to hire and retain top talent. At a glance, you can now see how many loan officers have joined or left, with insights over various timeframes.
